"In the course of my duties I had numerous opportunities to interact with Nancy. I run a very tight ship centrally managing 80 auditors in 22 countries around the world. Effective coordination is essential.

"What I found in Nancy was a team player of very rare quality. She has the unique ability to do much with very little. For example, she developed from scratch and under her own initiative an Intern program which she coordinated in a addition to her duties. Her effort was instrumental in solving at least two thorny issues in my department at a fraction of the cost of my plan. I can say she has saved my department at least $150,000 per year and six months work for four years. She did this while displaying a laser like focus that is tempered by exceptional patience. This is exactly what a multi-national effort requires, someone who makes the team more efficient and likely to achieve cohesion.

I speak from experience when I say that when Nancy shares the values she walks the walk.

"Putting her "lead by example" and "management by objective" team building qualities to use in any critically visible role is a wise move. She maintains the even strain while directing support for complex management and administrative objectives. It has been my experience that this will lead to impressive and tangible results.

"However, perhaps the most important quality Nancy brings to the job, and that's saying a lot because she brings a lot, is her extraordinary dedication and tenacity. It is my experience that Nancy Mandelkorn will somehow find a way to get things done when others seem daunted and quit.
